Course programme

In-House & Bespoke Training Programmes offer the ideal forum to learn new skills by targeting training to the specific needs of a group of employees. We can design content to meet your development and training requirements. Also, and very importantly, the cost per person is often less than booking the same people on an open course session if you have 8+ delegates. This is a very cost-effective way to take advantage of, and benefit from, our powerful training opportunities.

Course Summary

Effective managers understand behavioural differences and have the flexibility to comfortably use different management approaches in different situations. Effective managers choose to develop their present skills and build upon that foundation.

This programme has been designed to determine the most effective management approach as each session introduces key skills, knowledge and attitude training needed to become more effective. It takes the approach of the manager 'facilitating' staff, enabling them to reach their full potential. This approach focuses on the co-operative use of power with people rather than over them.
