Created to give professional managers a route into teaching, we’re proud to provide the first postgraduate course of its kind in the UK to offer a credit-bearing qualification.

Taught by distance learning, this course will teach you how to use your hard-earned knowledge and experience to motivate others within a teaching environment.

Over the course of six months, we’ll give you the skills and know-how you need to inspire the next generation of managers. On graduation, you’ll have the understanding and confidence required to teach in higher education or as an independent management learning consultant.

Convenient, accessible and in-depth, you studies will make use of a combination of our Virtual Learning Environment, personal advisers and a three-day summer school to conclude the course. We’ve also designed our course so that it meets the standards of industry and the Department of Higher Education.
