About the course : The Management Level 3 qualification is broadly aimed at those who are responsible for the control of activities and work output of a team who have the ability and the opportunity to demonstrate recognisable management and leadership skills, for example, providing leadership, planning and implementing chance, managing a budget, managing a project. Employees will develop and increase their management and leadership skills, knowledge and improve their effectiveness in the work place.

Mandatory Units :
Manage your own resources and professional development.
Provide leadership in your area of responsibility.
Allocate and monitor the progress and quality of work in your area of responsibility.
Ensure health and safety requirements are met in your area of responsibility.

Entry requirements
After this course : Once complete, it is possible for learners to progress to higher level.

Cost : This course is offered under the Train to Gain programme and is free to individuals who don't already have a level 2 qualification. Otherwise the cost is £150.
