This module presents information security from a strategic perspective, giving you the appropriate knowledge and skills to function in executive and managerial roles within organisations.
The main educational aims are: to provide students with the knowledge and skills that are required to manage information security and risks at both executive and strategic levels; to ensure a reading familiarity with the entire domain of information security. The module will be delivered in block mode consisting of two blocks as follows:
Thursday: 5pm - 9pm Friday: 9am-5pm Saturday: 9am-5pm The second block is delivered 6 weeks after the first block.

You should also have approximately five years of relevant professional experience (absolute minimum of two years in exceptional circumstances).
