Management of Risk & Uncertainty (MoRU)
This is a two-day classroom-based course on identifying and managing risk. Developed and accredited by the Institute of Risk Management (IRM), the course raises awareness of risk management and explores the process, tools and techniques available for the successful assessment and treatment of risk. All delegates successfully completing a short assessment paper at the end of the course will receive a certificate testifying to their achievement from the IRM.
Courses are run throughout the year and throughout the UK. We also run in-house courses , where there are multiple delegates from the same organisation. Where this is appropriate, it saves money and boosts personalisation to the organisation.
