The aim of this course is to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours associated with being a successful manager. Suitable for: First time leadership supervisors/team leaders/managers. Staff who have been promoted into new managerial roles and have had limited experience of man management and processes. Middle Managers who manage staff through other leaders such as first line managers, supervisors or team leaders. They need a refresher of the key management skills that will make them more effective in all that they do.

About this course

The objective of this course is to help students develop both their skills and knowledge. With our practices and tecniques students will leave the course with confidence and with the ability to be a successful manager. We will provide you with leadership skills and training to help you through varied situtations.

The course is intended for line managers of any professional background. We do not have any particular restrictions and thus welcome anyone to register and begin their management skills development with us.

3-6 months experience of management is desirable in order to benefit most from the course
