- Identify the range of possible causes of absenteeism
- Be able to conduct effective return to work interviews in a range of circumstances
- Have developed their confidence in interviewing staff on their return to work

Who should attend?
This programme is for those executives, managers and supervisors who have people reporting to them and who are responsible for the performance of their team. It would not suit a specialist employee responsible for his or her own work, who does not have staff.

In order to improve the learning participants should get as much information as possible about the costs of absence to the organisation, by completing the pre course worksheets and bringing them along to the programme.
