This course has been designed and developed to provide the knowledge, understanding and skills required to manage performance. As a delegate, you will learn about the definition of performance management, the four main problems attributed to poor performance and how to overcome these. You will learn how to conduct performance management reviews (Appraisals), effectively, provide support, give feedback and create powerful development plans. The course covers performance management within an organisation, as well as individual performance management.

By the end of the course delegates will have a greater understanding of performance management, how to implement or improve this in their organisation, and the skills and confidence to undertake effective appraisals with individuals.
