Mandatory Training for Care Workers

We have developed a bespoke Mandatory Training package unlike anything else on the market. It is a proven training product and can substantially reduce costs to the Care Home / PCT / NHS etc and also reduce ther amount of time to complete this legally required ongoing training.

It covers 16 areas of Mandatory Training e.g. Health Safety and Risk Management, Mental Health Act 2007, Emergency First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Oxygen Therapy, Adult Resuscitation, Basic Food Hygeine, Infection Control Procedures, Moving and Handling, Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults, Equality and Diversity, Cofidentiality and Caldicott Principles, Person Centred Planning.

The package allows self teaching which is monitored and controlled by the line manager. The modules are tested at the end of the 'learning' and either achieve a pass or fail. If the latter then this may indicate a wider training need which we can provide and support. However it may also just mean the member of staff needs to re-read that section and re-take the test.
