About this course

To be eligible you must have completed your higher education to a level equivalent to a University Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Honours degrees are preferred. Some relevant professional experience is required in a customer-related activity, such as marketing, sales, retail, services or in the creative industries.

Marketing
The Marketing modules equip you with all the essential skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in marketing in any type of organisation and across sectors. Throughout the marketing modules, we adopt the perspective that value creation begins with and is driven by customer experience and benefits.

Management
