Further Information
On-Site massage, also referred to as chair massage or seated acupressure is based on meridian therapy and uses thumb, finger, elbow and knuckle pressure to stimulate acupressure points on the meridians lines along the back, arms, hands, neck, head and legs.
Press and release techniques are used to stimulate the balance and flow of energy throughout the body. The circulatory, muscular, nervous, immune and lymphatic systems are stimulated, promoting the release of mood-regulating neurotransmitters which leaves the client feeling relaxed, but energised and in a focused frame of mind. The treatment lasts about 20 minutes, making On Site Massage ideal for the busy workplace where employees benefit from this dynamic de-stressing therapy and can return to their work full of energy. Course times are from 10.30 am to 5.00 pm. The group size is kept below ten for individual attention.
