We can accomplish anything if we realize we have the potential within us. Meditation helps us to develop the focus and concentration to actualize this potential.
This practical and inspirational workshop will introduce meditations to help us accomplish this.
Throughout history we have witnessed human beings accomplish incredible accomplishments through meditation.
Today we can see how Meditation techniques have filtered into ordinary life and we can benefit from them. Everyone from Olympic athletes to Buddhist monks to successful businessmen are using meditation to actualize their goals.
This workshop will emphasize how the development of our internal qualities effects our life and the world around us.
Led by Adam Dacey with over 17 years experience of teaching meditation.
