MENTORING WORKSHOP

Course objective: this workshop develops the necessary knowledge, skills, attitudes, motivation and approach to become a successful mentor. By understanding the mentoring process, it will enable participants to maximise the potential of their team. A highly-interactive workshop with discussion and practical exercises.
