Your course is made up of 14 different study units. During your studies you will complete a total of 13 assignments. Completing the assignments provides both you and your tutor with details of your progress and assists the tutor in providing feedback and assistance.

In order to complete the Desktop Support Certificate you are required to sit 1 online exam which will be sat at a local test centre.

The average student manages to complete the course within approximately 120 hours of study time.
