Course Aims
This highly interactive hands-on two-day training course teaches delegates to understand the concepts behind Microsoft Project and how they can utilise the software to its full potential. Delegates learn how to structure both timeline and resource driven plans.
The case studies used on the course explore the use of calendars, resource pools, setting a baseline, tracking and reporting. The customisation of project is also covered to enable delegates to implement Microsoft Project in their corporate environment.
