About this course
To provide training in simple mindfulness exercises and focusing therapy techniques that help you live in the present, so you are feel relaxed, refreshed and able to find love and joy in the small things in life. After you qualify you become a DIAMOND MIND Therapist.
Anyone who feels stressed, in a rut, and who wants to begin a new career in this growing field.
Candidates should have a good understanding of written and spoken English and have good communication skills.
Certificate as a DIAMOND MIND mindfulness and stress release therapist.
This unique mindfulness program uses the power of colour by linking you to the wisdom of your Diamond Mind to renew your zest for life.
You are guided to the course page on the Iris School of Colour Therapy website. You will be given details of how and when to enrol.
The course is designed to be completed in 7 - 10 days, although it is valid for one month, so you can study at your own speed.
The course is delivered by email and consists of a 50 page fully illustrated document, containing colour mindfulness exercises to do each day. At the end students are asked 5 questions relating to their experiences.
