It utilises various techniques that you will develop in the one-to-one sessions and practice daily in your day-to-day life. The course will help create calm, self-awareness, an ability to manage stress and discomfort more effectively and the ability to react to life situations in a more confident, controlled manner.

It has been widely proven to be highly effective in helping those suffering with anxiety, stress and depression or for anyone who wishes to create a more satisfying, calmer lifestyel for themselves. The course was developed in the States around 30+ years ago and has been developed in the UK by Bangor University. I run this course in Lincolnshire.
