What qualification will I receive?
It may be possible to take an NVQ in Production Engineering. You would need to do some practical exercises and multiple chose tests.

What will I study?
There is no formal teaching but you can use lathes, milling machines, drills, grinders, gas welding and various hand tools and measuring equipment. You can work from your own drawings or we have plans for workshop tools which you can make.

How will I be taught?
The course is on Tuesday evenings and runs from 6.00p.m. to 9.00p.m. attendance within this period however is flexible to suit the individual.

What support is available while I am on the course?
You will have access to a personal tutor to help you throughout the course and the College offers a comprehensive range of student services, including learning support, language support and guidance.
