Choosing to study our Level 2 Retail Operations Certificate can provide you with a solid foundation of knowledge that can ensure the continued sales and customer loyalty of those invested in your business.

The reality is – the retail world is incredibly competitive. Every business is trying to compete and ‘out-do’ the other – whether that is through prices, advertising and comparing your services – with the mission of turning your customers into their own.

And sadly, should you fail to attract/keep customers – as well as maintain your sales – you will not survive.

This unique course has been purposefully designed with the intention of helping businesses to deal with these ever increasing competitive environments, so that you can effectively harness the knowledge provided on this course, and use it to boost your sales, retain your customers and inspire loyalty and trust.

From learning how to efficiently deliver retail services and manage your sale processes, to exploring the impact security can have on your business; in just one year you can be one step closer to taking your business to where you want it to be.

Please Note: In order to complete certain aspects of this course learners will need to be working in a retail environment. This does not have to be full-time or paid employment.
