Audio Recording & Music Technology Courses
Develop skills in creating and producing music using industry standard software packages. These short courses give a valuable introduction to music technology and/or audio recording plus you'll get valuable knowledge on how to operate in the music industry.
NCFE Music Technology (Access To BTEC Music Technology)
This project based course is an introduction to all aspects of music technology from creating tracks using Apple Logic 8 to preparing for employment in the music industry. Individuals will undertake a number of practical projects to develop their skills in the areas of sequencing, mixing and digital audio sampling. There will also be written assignments covering Health and Safety, Employment and others. This is a wide-ranging course and is an ideal preparation for BTEC Music Technology.

NCFE Level 2 Award In Music Technology (Sequencing)

Standard Fee
The standard course fee is 300 GBP. To be eligible for the standard fee you must:
• Be aged 16 and over
• Currently reside in the UK
• Have resided in UK for at least 3 years
If you are not eligible for the standard fee, you will have to pay the full cost of the course.
Concessionary Fee
You will only have to pay 15 GBP to register for the course, if you fulfil the residency criteria above and at least one of the following applies to you.
