This session is aimed at anyone who has to deal with online recourse renewals, new subscriptions or cancellations. This workshop provides delegates with practical tips and strategies on how to broach the subject of money with the publisher and make an impression on employers by saving money, and will include discussion of the experiences of bothe the presenter and delegates.
