Synopsis:
In challenging times you tend to negotiate more often; deadlines, service levels, outsource agreements, trading volumes, the list goes on. So why is negotiating so challenging, so time consuming, and often frustrating? Acknowledging the pressures, challenges and limitations of the current climate, this course confronts the way you approach negotiations. Using a series of financial markets oriented scenarios, you will "negotiate" your way through the course, exploring and using the key models and observing how you can best apply the theories for yourself.
