Course programme

The course covers the core philosophy of NLP, the overall methodology and its underlying principles (the four pillars of NLP, well-formed outcomes, sensory acuity, perceptual positions, states and anchors, time lines), as well as practical applications and techniques generated through the above. The range of techniques taught will be appropriate to the group identity and issues.

The sessions will include theory input, demonstrations, group discussions, practice in small groups and pairs, and experiential assignments between classes to integrate and test your learning. The course is experiential first (with appropriate theoretical support) and participation/practice is important.
