Students will learn how to use nutritional, herbal and vibrational remedies, recognise the influence of nutrients and enzymes on synthesising and metabolising organic compounds in the body, recognise the underlying causes of imbalances in the body that trigger disease. Students will learn how to creat a suitable eating plan and regime using naturopathic principles for an individual and the impact of lifestyles and the environment on health. Suitable for: Anyone who is training to become a kinesiology practitioner anyone who is already a healthcare practitioner and wishes to further their knowledge and skills.

During this instructive and fascinating course you will learn how to:
- use nutritional supplements responsibly as an adjunct to your existing skills or for your friends and family
- analyse and balance a diet
- determine optimum levels of supplements and how to take them. Also identify their safe limitations or drug interactions
- analyse the nutritional approach to specific diseases and how to give special consideration to the elderly, in pregnancy and children
- feel confident about using nutrition effectively and safely in your clinic
- this intensive module uses the recognised application of clinical nutrition to enable the kinesiology student to assist their patients/students in improving their health using nutrients and foods.
The training covers the basic nutrients and effect of foods, through to their safe application in assisting the functioning of the body systems, such as nervous, cardiovascular and endocrine. Common problems such as allergies and inflammation are also covered. The course modules are punctuated with homework and the student carries out several case studies applying and expanding their learning experience by the end of the course the student should be confident in the benefits of nutritional intervention and be able to apply it safely and effectively in clinic.
A knowledge of anatomy & physiology is a prerequisite for the course. This can be obtained by undergoing the anatomy & physiology homestudy course.
