Units are selected in consultation & agreement and individually planned with all concerned. Career development is planned and what progression is available/suitable. SDL staff are responsive & provide an exemplarly service and are a pleasure to work with at all times!
Knowledge, Trust and Support offered - each learner is treated as an individual and feedback has been excellent. Assessor and Verifier are personable & interested and this is continually shown - their approachability is a real find!!! Found the guys friendly & professional and also clever at understanding how business processes work and being able to direct me from this analysis. Looking at next course already.
