This programme is intended for candidates seeking to gain recognition for their current level of managerial skills as reflected in their present job role.

This qualification has been designed for people who lead a team and are responsible for the team's performance.
Although no previous formal qualifications are required to embark on the S/NVQ, participants will need to demonstrate team leading experience.

Progression
Depending on the NVQ Level undertaken, candidates may progress (Job allowing) to the next NVQ level or on to an appropriate level taught programme at either Certificate or Diploma level.
