The NVQ Level 2 course is designed to meet the needs of today's dynamic business. The aim of this course is to provide candidates with:

The course will assess the individual's knowledge and understanding of key management activities and responsibilities.
To achieve the NVQ L2 in Team Leading, the candidate must achieve 17 credit points to achieve the full qualification.
The mandatory units include:
- A1 Manage Personal Development
- Develop Working Relationships with Colleagues
- Communicate knowledge and information
Choose one of the optional units from group one:
- D5 Plan, allocate and monitor work of your team (5 Credit Points)
- B5 Select objectives and provide support for team members (5Credit Points)
Choose one of the optional units from group two (mimimum of 2 credit points):
- B11 Manage or support equality of opportunity, diversity and inclusion in own area of responsibility (4 credit points)
- C1 Support team members in identiying, developing and implementing new ideas (4 Credit Points)
