If you have then perhaps you should think about getting involved in learning programmes and training. You could soon be identifying and agreeing learning aims with individuals, devising programmes to meet learning needs, or even delivering appropriate training yourself either in the workplace or at training centres.
NVQ Level 4 Learning & Development (7318)
Level 4 builds your skills and you need to complete 12 units, eight of which are mandatory:
· Contributing to learning within the organisation
· Evaluating and developing your own practice
· Designing learning programmes
· Agreeing learning programmes with learners
· Managing the contribution of other people to the learning process
· Creating a climate that promotes learning
· Monitoring and reviewing progress with learners
· Evaluating and improving learning and development programmes
· Identifying individual learning aims and programmes OR Identifying the learning and development needs of the organisation.
You then choose four further units from the following options:
· Supporting learners by mentoring in the workplace
· Responding to changes in learning and development
· Providing learning and development in international settings
· Preparing and developing resources to support learning.
· Enable group learning
· Support and advise individual learners
· Monitor and review progress with learners
· Plan how to provide basic skills in the workplace
· Introduce training for basic skills in the workplace
· Assess candidates using a range of methods
