Who is this course for?
This course is provided for experienced professionals in Further and Adult Education who undertake staff observations as a part of their role. The aim of the course is to enable reflection on the observation process and develop skills and strategies in observing, giving feedback and writing observation reports.

What are the entry requirements?
Level 5 Teaching Qualification and considerable teaching/management experience in FE sector.
After applying you will have an interview to determine which course is suitable for your needs and abilities.
