The person who helped me enroll in my Certificate 4 in Youth Work was Kerry. She was brilliant! Informed me brilliantly and followed up with me every time. The lecturer was fantastic and patient and spoke in detail. I'm very impressed with the simplicity and how easy it is to study here!
