This course provides participants with an understanding of the values and principles that underline the Agile methods, and how the collaborative techniques can be used to improve project outcomes.

Product Owners and Product Managers, Business Users and SMEs, IT and Business Managers, Executives and anyone else interested in understanding this business role.

Some understanding of Scrum and Agile practices would be beneficial.
