Description
Oyster Training Group Ltd (formerly - Oyster Travel Training Services) was formed by Directors Makayla Whyte and Kelly Strong.
After collectively having over 30 years experience in the travel and tourism industry, and both being qualified teachers and trainers in post compulsory education, Makayla and Kelly saw a gap in the market for the training of employment opportunities for front line positions in the travel and tourism industry. Most colleges and universities offer general travel related courses but very few offer specialised training in specialised areas of travel, such as cabin crew, ground crew, overseas resort representatives, event planning, event stewarding & event management, along with post course support in helping with CV writing and Interview techniques, first aid skills and the management of disruptive customers.
