Course Description
A nationally recognised vocational qualification course which will give you a good introduction to AutoCAD and enable progession to further study
The course includes
Drawing Structure - layers, line type and colour
Drawing production - Drawing aids
Drawing Commands - Geometry, dimensions and text
Prototype Drawings - Their production and printing

How is the Qualification Achieved ?
Formal assessment will be in the form of two drawing assignments and a multi-choice test. The evidence should be presented as a portfolio for external verification

On Successful Completion of this Course
The course is designed to enable anyone to progress to C&G courses based on AutoCAD (see separate information sheet) City & Guilds 4353-02-2D CAD and 4353-03-3D CD
