About this course
You will normally require 1 of the following: BTEC First Certificate or Diploma in a related subject; an Intermediate GNVQ in a related subject; 4 GCSEs at Grade A*- E. Appropriate work experience plus appropriate reference and successful interviews. A clean CRB check is required.

All students are accepted on condition of a clean CRB check and appropriate references from an Early Years? Setting.
Progression:
The course is equivalent to 2 A Levels which means when you have finished the course you can choose whether to get a job straight away or go into Higher Education first, as Nursing, Social Work, Primary Qualified Teacher Status (Maths and Science GCSE required at A-C) or to employment in Nursery Management or Schools.
