Course Content:
This course is for individuals who are currently or who may in the future be responsible for the inspection and testing activities concerning the maintenance of electrical appliances and equipment. The course structure is based upon the City and Guilds scheme criteria and the definitive requirements specified in the IEE Code of Practice for the In-service Inspection & Testing of Electrical Equipment.

How will I be Assessed? :
Learners will sit the City & Guilds 2377-12 online Gola 1 hour exam which consists of 30 multi-choice questions. This exam is classified as "open book" and learners will be allowed to refer to the IEE Code of Practice for the In-service Inspection & Testing of Electrical Equipment. Learners will also be required to complete one centre assessed practical task and carry out a formal inspection and test on an item of class 1 equipment.
