ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Applications are invited from individuals who are seeking to develop their skills, knowledge and understanding in the field of Human Resource Management. Applicants should ideally be working with access to a Personnel/HR department and have gained GCSE (or equivalent) English Language qualification.


PROGRAMME CONTENT/STRUCTURE
This course is designed to give students an opportunity to develop skills, in Personnel Management. It is suited to those embarking on, or wishing to further a career in Personnel Management and leads to the award of Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.


PROGRESSION/CAREERS OPPORTUNITIES
On successful completion of this course students can progress onto the following:

1. PGDip HRM/D, if a MERIT average is obtained.
2. Business Management or Professional Courses i.e. HNC, CMS, etc.
