Course Description
The aim of the course is to develop the use of design and colour, and to develop the skills involved in making a pair of curtains and sample work.
Areas studied on the course include art and design, producing a set of curtains plus samples, demonstrating an understanding of measurement costing and construction, producing curtains to have a commercial heading, hand finished sides and hem.

How is the Qualification Achieved ?
Via continuous assessment.

On Successful Completion of this Course
Progress onto City and Guilds Curtain Making Level 2.
