Aimed at either smallerholders or people who work on sheep, beef, dairy and arable farms, this course was formerly known as an NVQ and provides a solid foundation in the theory behind mixed farming, as well as practical training in the range of skills associated with livestock and crops. Training will take place in the workplace at a suitable time arranged with the assessor.
