This is achieved through the rhythmic manipulation of the lines, following muscle lines, mobilisations of joints, passive stretches and applied hatha yoga stretches. This relaxing but revitalising massage is carried out with you lying on the floor, on a supportive mat and is applied to the clothed body (usually a tracksuit or similar type of loose garment).
