Content Basic Drawing and painting techniques in various media, understanding and use of colour, tone, line, texture, shape and form to record and create images. Students will be required to keep a visual and brief written record of their work in a personal sketch book. Students may bring to their first class any tools and materials they already possess. The tutor will advise students at their first class of tools and materials appropriate for the course. Some tutors can also supply these materials.
