Entry Requirements:

A first degree or a professional qualification of graduate status or a Certificate in Management Studies (CMS) and at least two years experience in middle management or be a mature applicant with at least five years experience in middle management. You must also satisfy the Course Director that you are likely to be able to meet the course attendance and study requirements in order to meet the course objectives.

You will study: Higher learning concepts and study skills, Reflective Manager, Marketing and strategy, Organisational development, Management accounting, Human Resource management, Managing operations, Financial management, Research methods and management research project.

Assessment:
Your work will be assessed by coursework, project or exam.

Academic Progression:
After successfully completing the DMS you could progress to a Masters Degree.
