Full Description:
These courses will help you to learn about life in the UK and to improve your reading, writing, speaking and listening skills in English. Before the courses start you are given a short test to see how much English you know and then we put you in the right course for your level.
Entry 1 is for people with little English
Entry 2 is for people who can write simple things about themselves well
Entry 3 is for people who can already understand a lot of things and can write quite well about different things
Your course includes Citizenship materials so it will help you to apply for British Citizenship with the Home Office
The Skills for Life material will teach you the English to use the Health Service, public transport, shopping, getting a job, joining the library and in other situations so you will feel confident about living in the UK.
At the end of the course you can do the City & Guilds examination and you will be able to move on to the next level if you are successful.
