The Course
Within this course you will be working in the Arundel Room Bar, Restaurant and Reception, learning food and drink service skills under a qualified tutor. This course provides the training and assessment of various styles of restaurant service to achieve an NVQ Level 1 or 2 qualification. A three term, one day a week course.

Entry Requirements
Students must already be employed in, or have experience within, the catering industry.
