This 5 week part-time course offered by the Chartered Institute of Management is suitable if you wish to develop your management/supervisory skills or you are aspiring or seeking a management position.

What will I be learning?

You will study a range of management skills, including team building,customer care, esource management,planning & scheduling tasks. you will learn how to delegate effectively and how to organise your own time.

How will I learn?

You will attend a series of workshops and practical sessions which will help develop your skills and confidence.

What else might I want to know?

You will need to have an interview with the Programme Manager.

What can I do afterwards?

Progress to the Full Certificate in Management Level 3 or the Diploma in Management at the College
