Course Description
This course is designed for those who are seeking employment as a legal secretary in a legal office environment. This is a one-year, part time course held over 2 evenings per week, leading to the ILEX/City & Guilds Legal Secretaries' Certificate. Topics covered are as follows: Legal Word Processing, Legal Audio Transcription and Working in the Legal Environment.

Entry Requirements
Learners should be at least 16 years of age and hold 4 GCSEs grades A - C (including English Language). Mature learners are considered according to qualifications and experience. All learners must be able to use a computer keyboard before commencing the course.
