Course Description: The Foundation Degree in Media is an innovative course designed and delivered in partnership with employers, to equip students with the relevant knowledge and skills required by the media business. It provides students with practical and theoretical skills in television, radio, video, video-editing and new media.
The course will provide students with the opportunity to work with business clients on briefs, enabling the development of project management, team working and problem solving skills and communication techniques. Work placement will form part of the student's assessment.
Entry Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 A Levels at grade C or above or
- A BTEC National Diploma/Certificate or equivalent in a related subject or
- A BTEC Diploma in Foundation Studies, Art & Design or
- A mature student with industrial or relevant experience.
Method of Application: Entry is either via Route A or Route B (UCAS).Completion of a College Application Form.
