Course content:
This intensive three-session course will expand on the skills and techniques learnt on the introductory course and will enable you to advance your script to professional standards.
By the end of the course you will be able to: 1) Identify and explain techniques to improve your script
2) Effectively pitch your work
3) Create and develop the first draft of a script or treatment

Course Structure:
Creating a Realistic Tale; Creating a Scene; Twists & Turns Imagery; The Perfect Character; Dialogue Style; Playing to the Audience; Marketing & Pitching

Course resources:
all students have access to our fully equipped state of the art learning centre. This included free internet access.

Assessment:
Assessment will be through completed tasks.

When information is available you will notice 2 different fees stated for this course. The fee you pay is dependent on your status:
Fee 1: Standard fee;
Fee 2: Aged 60+ years fee
Students in receipt of an income-based benefit pay £20 per course per term.
You will need to bring proof of age and any benefits when you enrol.
You DO NOT have to pay a college registration fee for these courses, but you may have to pay for additional course materials.Materials costs:
The tutor will advise you about any materials costs.
