Anyone responsible for administering payrolls for schools, colleges and other education providers are faced with an additional array of contractual considerations which require a good working knowledge to successfully navigate.
This course covers in detail the remuneration packages for teachers and non-teachers and details the various allowances and other factors to consider when administering their reward packages, including maternity leave, minimum wage and starters and leavers. The principles and rates for both the Local Government Pension Scheme (LPGS) and Teachers Pension Scheme (TPS) are also explored.
