Is the course for me?
Aged 19+ and from the Warrington Community? Want to get fit, build stamina, or just let off some steam! Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina using a 14 station circuit. Using this technique you can burn up to 800 calories per hour. You be able to work at your level and your own pace.

What will I learn?
Within these 1 hour and 15 minute sessions you will participate in a 14 station exercise program. For your safety courses will be structured around warm up activity, a full circuit of aerobic exercise stations targeting upper-body, lower-body, core and trunk and a cool down. Each exercise is performed for a specific number of repetitions or for a specific duration of time for maximum results.

How will I be assessed?
Learners assess their own learning and discuss their progression/achievement with their tutor. There is no formal assessment for this course.
