The framework of the course is made up of four separate units, making up two SQA credits: Adult Literacies Learning in Scotland, Preparing to work with Adult Literacies Learners, Developing Tutoring Approaches to Adult Literacies, Developing Learning in Adult Literacies. Students are also expected to put together a portfolio of evidence as they go through the course.
